The owner of a San Jose daycare where two toddlers drowned in a pool pleaded guilty to multiple felony charges, including child endangerment resulting in death. Nina Fathizadeh, 42, faces up to 23 years in prison following her guilty plea. The sentencing is scheduled for May 8.
