A man from Apple Valley was apprehended by authorities for forcibly ejecting a woman from a moving car and subsequently attempting to strike her with the vehicle in a San Bernardino County domestic violence episode. The Victorville Police Department responded to the scene following a report of a domestic-related assault near Seventh Street.
