A 14-year-old boy and a teenage adult have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after another 14-year-old boy was chased down and shot over the weekend, Long Beach police said Friday. The victim was walking on Locust Avenue on Sunday night when he was approached by the 14-year-old suspect, according to Long Beach police. The incident resulted in a violent confrontation, leading to the shooting.
