The Oswego Planning and Zoning Commission recently recommended approval for a new Dutch Bros drive-thru coffee shop at the intersection of Route 34 and Ogden Falls Boulevard. The proposed development by Quattro Development LLC includes a commercial building. The site is currently vacant and in unincorporated Kendall County. The project is pending approval from the Oswego Village Board.
