The Artis Real Estate Investment Trust ("Artis") announced a monthly cash distribution of $0.05 per common unit for January 2026. Additionally, Artis intends to declare a special non-cash distribution of approximately $0.842 per Common Unit in connection with the business combination with RFA Capital Holdings Inc.
