(KRON) -- The Fremont Police Department is investigating a collision involving a pickup truck on Monday afternoon that fatally injured a motorcyclist. The crash marks Fremont's second deadly traffic collision of the year.Juvenile crashes e-motorcycle in Petaluma after running stop signs: PDFPD said officers responded at 3:09 p.m. to a major injury collision at the intersection of Cushing Parkway and Northport Loop. The driver of the pickup truck was not injured in the incident and stayed at the scene to work with investigators, according to FPD. The motorcyclist sustained "major injuries" in the crash and was taken to a local hospital where they died an hour later, said police. The victim has since been identified by the coroner's office as Andrew Barret Mackenzie.
